I started in the U.S. Army. That’s where I learned the version of discipline that actually compounds — not the “hustle harder” kind, the show-up-when-it-isn’t-fun kind. After service I tried day-trading. The math was fine. The work was unsatisfying. Land was tangible.

My first deal was a $1,000 desert square that sold for $6,000. That number wrecked me in a good way — once you watch a five-hour transaction net more than your whole month at a day job, you stop seeing real estate the same way. Inside six months I was doing 30 to 50 deals at a time. Built that into a seven-figure operating business under a previous brand called Land of the Free.

I founded Rooster Capital LLC in Wyoming on January 19, 2023, then transitioned full-time in February 2024. The reason I made the move: the operators I respected most kept asking the same question — who actually partners with us, instead of trying to extract from us? Rooster is the answer I wanted to exist. We fund the deal, the operator runs it, we split profit 50/50. No points. No junk fees. No personal guarantee. We’re currently the JV partner on 15–20 land deals per month.

I work with disciplined, systems-built operators. Faith, family, and the long game are non-negotiable. Boring beats trend-chasing every time.
